An enhanced service offer in Geneva

On February 14, 2024, Fiduciaire de Rive SA, established by Kurt Kreis in 1957, and GP Fiduciaire SA, founded by Georges Gard in 2010, merged to enhance their client services in Geneva. The two firms provide a wide array of tailor-made services to their Swiss and international clientele. These services include accountancy, payroll management, personal and corporate taxation, company administration, and auditing. In 2022, GP Fiduciaire SA extended its operations in Switzerland by opening a new branch in Zurich.

The current CEO of Fiduciaire de Rive SA, Alexandre Kunz, will also assume the role of CEO at GP Fiduciaire SA.

This merger will result in a synergy of skills, expanding the combined staff to approximately 30 members. Initially, staff members from both firms will continue to operate from their existing locations.

The merger will also strengthen the presence of winglobally, the international association of trustees co-founded by Georges Gard. GP Fiduciaire SA was a founder member of this association prior to the merger.
